How to make an investment with your SDIRA.

 

Step One

Submit an Offer

Review active offerings or portfolios on the CrowdStreet marketplace and find one that matches your investment objectives. Submit your offer by clicking “Invest Now.” Enter your offer amount and create a new Investing Entity to associate with your SDIRA. In the Create New Investing Entity wizard, under Account Type, select Self-Directed IRA. Complete the rest of the required information to create the new entity and submit your offer.

 

Step Two

Complete some paperwork

Next you will be required to sign the closing documents. This can be done quickly online using Docusign, or can be done offline by printing the paperwork and uploading a signed copy. You will be prompted online to take the necessary steps.

 

Step Three

Approve the transfer of funds

Once the offer is approved by the Sponsor, you will need to initiate the transfer of funds from your SDIRA account to the Sponsor.
