E-Sign and Electronic Delivery Consent

CrowdStreet provides most of its Services electronically.  You consent to the use of electronic signatures and delivery of records in electronic format during our relationship with you as set forth in our E-Sign and Electronic Delivery Consent.

CrowdStreet Account Agreement

We are required to obtain information requested in this Agreement to comply with federal laws and regulations. The information referenced in this Agreement also helps us more fully understand your investment profile, objectives, and experience and identify if an investment may be suitable for you.

Reg BI Disclosure

Regulation Best Interest (“Reg BI”) establishes a “best interest” standard of conduct applicable to broker dealers and their associated persons when making recommendations to their retail customers. CrowdStreet Capital Form CRS

SEC regulations require customers to have access to an easy-to-read disclosure form regarding the nature of their relationship with the Firm, called the Customer Relationship Summary, or Form CRS. 

Business Continuity Summary Disclosure Statement

FINRA requires firms to create and maintain written business continuity plans (“BCP”s) relating to an emergency or significant business disruption. A firm's BCP must be appropriate to the scale and scope of its business.
