Since launching in 2014, the CrowdStreet Marketplace has closed 629 commercial real estate investment offerings. As of April 12, 2022 , 105 of those offerings have been fully realized.

Step 3: Create an Investing Account
You’ll need an Investing Account (Individual, Joint, IRA, LLC, etc.) to submit an offer. You can create an account at any time, but we recommend you set it up before you submit your first offer by following the simple process linked below.

What is a Cash-on-Cash Return?
Sometimes also referred to as the cash yield, calculates the cash income earned on the cash invested in a property.
What is IRR?
This annualized return metric spreads cash flows and equity return over the course of the entire holding period.
What is the Real Estate Capital Stack?
