We are pleased to share an exciting new feature on the CrowdStreet marketplace: “Investor Forums”, aimed at connecting the crowd of CrowdStreet Investors. This feature was initially released to a select number of CrowdStreet offerings over the past few months, and is now available on all remaining closed/operating offerings. The Investor Forums are message boards for members to discuss matters relating to the offerings, such as financial performance, distributions, reporting, and other related topics. Members will include CrowdStreet Investors, the CrowdStreet Investor Relations team, and the SponsorIn commercial real estate, the sponsor is an individual or company in charge of finding, acquiring and managing the real estate property on behalf of the partnership. The sponsor is usually expected to invest anywhere from 5-20% of the total required equity capital. They are then responsible for raising the remaining funds and acquiring and managing the investment property’s day-to-day... More team. To access the forums, please click the “Investor Forum” link next to the name of the offering in the Investments Table on your Portfolio page (see image below).
