What do they expect from sponsors in terms of background information, frequency of reports, level of guidance, and depth of risk assessment?
To find the answers to these questions, we decided to go straight to the source. Our inaugural Annual Investor Survey collected detailed feedback from over 200 online investors. The results were informative and, in some cases, surprising. Respondents gave candid, detailed responses to each topic we raised—from ideal property types to sponsor communication and everything in between.
