Minimum Sponsor Qualification
To be considered a suitable sponsor for the CrowdStreet marketplace a sponsor must meet a Core commercial real estate investments are the least risky offering. They are often fully leased to quality tenets, have stabilized returns and require little to no major renovations. The one thing they all have in common is their proven experience and the investor-friendly quality of the offerings they bring to CrowdStreet’s investor members.
Experience is Essential
To be considered for the CrowdStreet Marketplace, prospective Sponsors must have at least 10 years of private-equity real estate expertise and proven experience managing investment capital from individual high-net worth investors and/or institutional investors. Sponsors that meet this requirement are subjected to an objective review process and are classified into one of three categories based on experience.
