ROUND ONE: SPONSOR REVIEW
Each new sponsor is subject to the same, objective review process. After a background check and track record review, we classify sponsors based on their background and experience so investors understand more about the team behind the deal.
ROUND TWO: DEAL REVIEW
Our team leverages 3rd party data to stress-test the business plan and validate any underlying assumptions about both the market and project. Much of this information is then made available to investors.
ROUND THREE: DOCUMENT REVIEW
We carefully review the deal’s legal documents to ensure there are no issues or discrepancies that could impact investors.
