Crowd Street hires applicants who currently reside in one of the 28 states where we’re a registered employer and who have the unrestricted right to work in the U.S., including U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
What is your compensation philosophy?
We use regularly refreshed data from job analyses, job evaluations, and market pricing to ensure we are paying fairly and competitively for each Crowd Street role and the region in which each employee lives.
How long is your interview process?
We have great respect for the time of all applicants and appreciate the effort it takes to apply and to engage with us. We strive to move as quickly and thoughtfully as possible.
