We are pleased to announce the appointment of John Imbriglia to the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective July 15th, 2024. John will succeed Interim CEO, Jack Chandler, and will bring fresh perspectives to CrowdStreet that will drive our continued growth and evolution as a leader in the industry.
With nearly 20 years of experience in financial technology and alternative investments, John brings a deep track record of developing innovative products and solutions that create new value for customers. Prior to CrowdStreet, John was a Managing Director at iCapital, a large global marketplace for alternative investments, and, most recently, General Partner at Platform Capital Management, a venture capital and private equity firm, where he focused on financial technology companies. We are confident that under John’s direction, CrowdStreet will continue to build upon its decade-long history of innovating new experiences and solutions on behalf of its community.
